At ArtikJeys, we are committed to delivering high-quality timepieces that reflect exceptional craftsmanship. Your satisfaction and trust in our brand are essential to us. This warranty policy outlines the terms of coverage and how to request service if needed.

What the Warranty Covers

Coverage Scope:
This warranty applies to the movement and functional components of ArtikJeys watches purchased directly from us or through an authorized retailer.

Included in the Warranty:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage

  • Labor and replacement parts required to resolve those issues

  • Movement failures, provided the watch has not been opened or exposed to improper conditions

Warranty Period:
The coverage is valid for two years from the original date of purchase, for the first retail customer only.

Conditions Covered

This warranty provides repair or replacement, free of charge, for any product or part that fails due to manufacturer-related defects under normal use during the warranty period.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to issues resulting from:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations

  • Customer attempts to open or modify the watch

  • Failure to follow product care instructions

  • Typical signs of wear such as surface scratches, fading, or discoloration

  • Water damage, unless the watch was purchased with an upgraded water resistance feature

How to Submit a Warranty Request

  1. Contact Us:
    Reach out to our support team at info@artikjeys.com to describe the issue and we’ll guide you through the process.

  2. Proof of Purchase:
    You’ll need to provide a valid receipt or invoice showing the date of purchase.

  3. Shipping Responsibility:
    You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us. If the warranty claim is approved, ArtikJeys will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to you.

  4. Inspection and Follow-up:
    Once we receive the watch, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome within a reasonable time.

Limitation of Liability

ArtikJeys is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages related to the use of the product or a breach of this warranty. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this stated policy.

Updates to the Warranty

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our official website and will take effect immediately.
